Registrera dig genom att klicka på ”Registrering” överst i menyn.

Bookning

To book a time slot, you must first log in by entering your email and password. In the schedule, all available booking times are marked in green. To book, first click on the time(s) you want, then click the “Book” button below the schedule. Confirm your booking on the next page. To see the current price for a time slot, hover your mouse over the available time. Use the calendar to change the day and month by clicking on it.

Cancelling

To cancel a booking, click on your reserved time slot in the schedule (marked in yellow) and then click the “Cancel” button below the schedule. If you cancel within the club’s cancellation deadline, you will receive a refund of the booking fee. This will be confirmed before you finalize the cancellation.

My profile

Under “My Profile” you can update your address, password, and more.

My bookings

Here you can view both your current and past bookings.

Wallet

Click on “My Account – My Wallet” to view your balance.
To add funds to your wallet, click “Add Funds”. Choose from Swish and credit/debit card only.
When you book time slots, the cost will be deducted from your wallet balance. Booking is not possible if there are insufficient funds in your wallet.
Here you can also view your wallet history and print receipts for your payments.

Återbetalning från plånboken medges normalt inte.
