In collaboration with and located at Restaurant and Hotel Mavi, we offer self-service bike rentals — simple and convenient, right by the harbour in Viken.

Exploring the unique and adventurous roads of northwestern Skåne by bike is a fantastic experience — whether you love nature, culture, good food & drink, or shopping. With us, you can rent brand-new ladies’ bikes on site. If you prefer other types of bikes, such as electric bikes or standard bikes for both children and adults, we’re happy to help — we have something for everyone!

Price: 150 SEK per day for a modern 3-speed ladies’ bicycle.

If you wish to rent other types of bikes (electric bikes, cargo bikes, mountain bikes, men’s bikes, children’s bikes, etc.), please contact us at info@vikenevent.se.

For long-term rentals, please email us at the same address.

A helmet is included in the rental, with various models and sizes available.
No excessive alcohol consumption is permitted while cycling.
The minimum age for solo rental is 14 years.

Bicycle pump stations can now be found in several locations, with one located just outside the Gallerian in the harbour.

The lock code will be sent only by email.
Please make sure you enter the correct email address and double-check before confirming your booking.

Bicycle Lock & Key Instructions
Unlock the digital lock using the unique code you received by email. This code will be valid for your entire rental period, so you can lock and unlock it as needed.
Open the email with the code for the small key cabinet. Inside you will find a key for the cable lock, attached to the standard bike key (used to lock the rear wheel), both on the same keyring.
Match your bicycle number with the corresponding key cabinet.
After retrieving the keys, close the key cabinet. The same email code will work throughout your rental period.
Always lock the bike using both the cable lock (preferably around a fixed object like a pole) and the standard rear-wheel lock.
Never leave the bicycle unlocked under any circumstances — failure to lock it may result in being charged for replacement.
When returning the bike, it is very important that you thread the chain of the digital lock through the frame and secure the shackle properly. Pull on it to make sure it is firmly locked.
Place the helmet through the cable lock and through the bike frame, then lock the standard rear-wheel lock as well.
Open the key cabinet using the same code you received at check-in, close the lid, and scramble the digits on the code lock.
